Michael J. Matt | Editor

Below you will find all of RTV's videos from the final week of the Synod from Hell. Did it succeed? Did it crash and burn?

Included are glimpses into the highest-profile Catholic resistance movement in 50 years, and the Rosetta Stone to decode the entire Synodal agenda:

New from RTV...

In this Special Post-Synod Report, Michael J. Matt discusses the latest news out of Rome that Pope Francis is considering a new “reform” that would “synodalize” future papal conclaves by giving lay men and women a vote in choosing future popes.

In helping us understand what this is really all about, Michael travels to the largest catacomb in Rome – the Domitilla Catacomb – the setting for an event that took place in November of 1965, when 45 Council Fathers of Vatican II signed an oath to transform the Catholic Church into something that would present no obstacle whatsoever to the rise of a future new global political order and a one world religion.

The night before leaving the Vatican, Michael Matt offers a final thought on a Synod that was marked by astronomical stupidity. Is this the end, or just the beginning? Did Team Francis lose big, or is that what they want us to think? Michael reports from beneath the colonnade in the Piazza San Pietro.

(Rome, October 31, 2023) Michael J. Matt addresses the Rome Life Forum and provides the Rosetta Stone for interpreting what the Synod on Synodality is really all about.

The Synod's final document punts the discussion of female ordination into 2024, and never even mentions the term "LGBTQ+ people". Why is this? Is it a victory... or exactly on schedule? This was, they claim, the Synod on SYNODALITY. Which means, of course, that the process of synodal listening and "journeying together in the Spirit" was, in fact, the whole point. The other take away? Everything is on the table still for the 2024 synod meetings next October.

So, how to navigate the next year of synodal pathways and mission? First, you have to understand it, and to do that, Michael explains how the Synod actually dates back to Vatican II, specifically the close of the Council when 40 Council fathers went down into the catacombs and took an oath to destroy the Church of Christ the King and to build the “church of the poor.” How is that working out so far, Eminences?

This is it! This is the foundation stone of the entire Synod.

In this latest special report from Rome, Michael Matt interviews His Excellency Bishop Athanasius Schneider in an up front and personal conversation.  So, what about this Synodal plan to “bless gay unions?” No, says Bishop Schneider, asking God to bless a sinful lifestyle is BLASPHEMY!

But who is Bishop Schneider? And how does he justify standing against Pope Francis and his Synod? He grew up behind the Iron Curtain, where practicing the Catholic faith was against the law and where Catholics had to practice their religion in secret. As a young boy, His Excellency was obliged to received his First Holy Communion in secret, lest the KGB should arrest his parents and his priest for daring to practice the Catholic religion.  How does this relate to what is happening now, in the Church of Pope Francis?

This is Bishop Schneider as you’ve never seen him before. Who is the man, and why does he speak of the underground Church? What does he think about Pope Francis and the Synod on Synodality? How are faithful Catholics expected to resist the spirit of the Synod?  Where do we do from here?

From the rooftops of Rome, this is a personal interview of one of the last bishops in the Church today who has the courage to resist.

In this special report from Rome, Michael Matt shouts the words of Pius XI into the night sky over the streets of the Vatican – words that anathemized the Synod on Synodality over 90 years ago.

It was part of Michael’s informal discussion of the ecumenical engine that drives the Synod on Synodality – an engine which was condemned many times by Francis’s predecessors but most specifically by Mortalium Animos in 1928.  No wonder the Synod Fathers and “Mothers” never talk about anything the Church taught before Vatican II. They can’t, because that teaching condemns Francis’s entire Synodal misadventure.

Also in this show, don’t miss a cameo appearance from heresiarch, Father Timothy Radcliffe, OP, who at 80 years old has finally learned how to listen.

Michael Matt in Rome attends another Vatican press conference and challenges a Synodal Father on the question of whether the Synodal Church still believes it is necessary for anyone to become a Catholic.

Plus, Michael attends the launch of Bishop Athanasius Schneider’s new catechism.

Some surprising good news out of Rome: A Synod father stands with Latin Mass Catholics and totally undermines the foundations of Traditionis Custodes.

Michael J. Matt covers today’s Synod press conference, in which several Synod officials attempt to explain what “synodality” means.

New from Remnant TV...

In this episode of The Remnant Underground, Michael Matt wonders what is going to happen to the Palestinian Christians as 1.1 million Palestinians are told to evacuate their homes. Will the last Christians finally be driven out of the land of Christ’s birth?

Pope Francis promotes another Jesuit heretic to a prestigious curial position, as Archbishop Cordileone’s biggest critic is honored with a private audience. Whoopi Goldberg meets with Francis, thanks him on behalf of her gay friends, and then explains to the ladies of “The View” why the Latin Mass had to go. Just a coincidence, or is this is a SYNODAL moment?

New from RTV...

This edition of The Remnant Underground comes straight from London, England, where Michael Matt addresses the Family Life International Conference. In this important talk, Michael leans heavily on his own upbringing to share ideas on how to raise Christocentric children in a Christophobic world.

Of course, nobody likes to be told how to raise their children, and so Michael goes out of his way NOT to do that. He simply shares 10 points on what worked for his wife and him as they raised their seven children in the traditional Catholic Faith.

This one should be shared far and wide, but especially with adult children, grandchildren, and anyone just starting out in married life.  Michael goes into detail on what parents can do with iPhones, television, pop music, movies, education, and friends that do not share our family’s Christian values.
